What the lab builds, ships. Under its own name, at its own address.
A companion, not an interface. Personality that emerges from real systems, running entirely on the Mac.
A double-blind assessment for minds that make structurally novel inference. In private trial.
New work staged for production. It surfaces when it's ready, and not before.
The papers the lab is actively working on. Open problems, in progress.
Six invariants for a companion built on consequence. The architecture under Wuko, stated so it can be falsified.
Reading the one-way speed of light off an instrument, not a convention. Published.
Finding the novel mind wherever it was raised. The thesis underneath Divergence.
Selective consulting where it serves the work. Three engagement tiers.
Campaigns; custom platforms; full system architecture.
We don't work with everyone.
Two senior practitioners, an AI ensemble, and a thirty-year practice underneath.
Inference across domains is the asset that endures.
Sustainable systems. Medical advancement. New materials.
The work the lab actually built. Each product ships whole and lives at its own address; this page is the front door.
A desktop companion built to test a premise: that personality can emerge from real systems rather than scripted behaviour. A purpose-built language model runs on-device in a sandboxed service; memory, nightly consolidation, and a months-long creative practice are persistent subsystems, with a deterministic action layer wrapped around a probabilistic core. No inference leaves the Mac. The companion is what people see. The architecture is what we're building, and it's written up as a preprint under Research.
wuko.lfmlabs.com →An assessment built to find the kind of mind that makes structurally novel inference. Credential-free, culturally agnostic, and double-blind: it measures genuine creative problem-solving, not the performance of a known answer. Currently in private trial; broader release scheduled.
New work staged for production. It surfaces here when it's ready, and not before.
